Orders received on a business day before 12:00 are usually processed the same day. Tracking information is typically provided within 24–72 business hours.
Delivery times
Delivery within Germany usually takes 4–8 business days. For other European countries, timing varies depending on destination, warehouse, and carrier.

Shipping is a fixed 20.00 € per order. If your order is split across multiple warehouses, we do not charge any additional shipping fee.
Multiple European warehouses
Products may ship from Germany, Poland, or another EU warehouse. As a result, one order may arrive in multiple parcels, at different times, and with multiple tracking numbers.

Which carrier will deliver my order?+
We use GLS, DHL, and DPD. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the dispatch warehouse, destination country, and available shipping route.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Yes. Orders are shipped in discreet and secure packaging without prominent content markings.
What should I do if the contents are damaged or broken?+
Please contact support as soon as possible and include your order number. Keep the shipping box, filler, label, and damaged contents. To assess breakage and use the one-time complimentary reship, a continuous unboxing video is required from the unopened parcel through inspection of every item. Please also include photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, and damage.
The one-time complimentary reship is an additional Apex Biochem commercial policy. It does not affect any statutory customer rights relating to defects or shipping liability.
